# Junify for BPO and outsourcing: be the firm clients trust with their accounts

> Junify lets your staff work in client accounts without getting the password, and records who used each one and when. When a client asks how you control access, you can show them how it works.

Demo: no signup, about 5 minutes. Staff need only the Junify phone app and browser extension.

## Is this how it works today?

Until now, handing off a client account meant giving staff the password. You no longer have to, but the work often still looks like this.

- Passwords go out by spreadsheet or chat, and no one knows who has them
- Each staff change means a new password and another round of messages
- Work in shared accounts leaves no record, so you ask around
- Remote staff use personal laptops, and you can't see what stays on them

What it costs:

- A password you've handed out can't be taken back
- In a shared account, you can't show who did what
- Each new client adds more passwords to change and resend

## Three steps

**Before you start (admin): an admin adds the accounts and assigns them.** An admin adds each client login and assigns it to the staff who may use it. Staff never get the password; client settings don't change.

1. **Verify on your phone**: Staff scan the QR code on screen with the Junify app on their own phone. That's how Junify knows who they are. No email needed.
2. **Click a card to sign in**: Each account they may use is a card. A click and Junify enters the login and any authenticator-app code. Staff never see the password.
3. **Every use is tied to a person**: Everyone verifies by phone, so even shared accounts show who used them. Recording is announced first; only they and admins see it.

Setup is the phone app and the browser extension. Day to day, it's scan and click.

## What your firm can do after Junify

How four ordinary days go: a prospect asks, something goes wrong, someone leaves, someone joins.

- **When a prospect asks**: You can say on the spot: we don't hand out passwords, and every use is recorded. Questionnaires and audits get a real answer.
- **When something goes wrong**: Report who used which account, and when, the same day. With recording, you see what was done, which clears innocent staff.
- **When someone leaves or changes clients**: No more changing and resending the password. Remove their cards and they can't sign in again; they never had the password.
- **When someone new joins**: Assign their cards and they start on day one, even on a personal computer. No password or browsing history stays behind.

## How the work changes

| Shared accounts today | With Junify |
| --- | --- |
| Look up the password in a spreadsheet, then sign in | Verify on your phone, then click a card |
| Everyone on the team knows the password | Staff never see it, so a staff change doesn't mean a new password |
| The only record is notes and asking around | Who used which account, and when, is recorded automatically. With recording, the screen too |
| After an incident, you can't look into it or explain it | You can show who did what, and when, right away |

## All from real deployments

Each is a real customer, with the name withheld. We'll go through the details in a demo.

- **Ad agencies**: Stopped sharing clients' ad account passwords. The agency now decides which accounts each staff member can use, and every use shows who it was.
- **BPO and back-office services**: Each client's business systems are in Junify. When staff change, the admin just reassigns who can use them.
- **Telehealth**: Per-diem doctors who rotate in and out use the clinical system on their own computers, and each use shows which doctor it was.
- **Publishing and proofreading**: Accounts once handed to outside proofreaders are now assigned for a set period.
- **AWS operations (admin logins)**: Admin logins used by an outsourced operations team now show who used them, and when.
- **HR and recruiting**: Shared logins for job boards and HR tools now show which recruiter used them.

Customers usually start for one of three reasons: an incident, remote staff, or sensitive data.

## One fixed monthly price for any number of staff up to the limit

You pay for the staff who use Junify, not for the number of client accounts. You can pay by credit card.

| Plan | What it gets you | Monthly price (plus applicable taxes) | Limit | Includes |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Starter | Stop handing out passwords | $269 | Up to 15 team members, one price | All client accounts in one place / Assign and remove access per person / Sign-in without showing the password / An activity record for each person |
| Standard (recommended) | Show what was done, on screen | $849 | Up to 40 team members, one price | Everything in Starter / Session recording (50 GB included) / Upload alerts to the admin and download blocking, per account |
| Scale | The same setup for a larger team | $1,649 | Up to 100 team members, one price | Everything in Standard / Session recording (100 GB included) / A higher team member limit / Priority support |

Above the limit, we'll offer the next plan or a custom quote. You can buy more recording storage. If you'd like to pay by invoice, ask us. Prices may change.

## If you've looked at other tools

| Tool | How it differs |
| --- | --- |
| Employee monitoring software | Records everything on the computer. Too invasive for personal devices and outside staff. |
| Password managers | A vault for shared passwords. Passwords are stored better, but one that staff have seen can't be taken back. |
| Privileged access management (PAM) | Built for admin rights on servers. More than client web-app work needs, and costly. |
| Identity providers and SSO | Sign-in for your own employees. Client-owned and shared accounts can't be added to them. |
| Secure browsers and VDI | Company-issued browsers or virtual desktops. A poor fit for outside staff on personal computers. |

Junify ties each sign-in to a person, never shows the password, records lightly, and runs in regular Chrome.

## Frequently asked questions

1. **Is it safe to give Junify our clients' passwords?** Founded in 2016, Junify has served financial institutions and public companies in Japan. Our security program is aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and we share security documents for reviews.
2. **With a shared login, how can you tell who used it?** The client's username and password can stay shared. Each staff member signs in to Junify on their own phone, so the record shows who used the account and when.
3. **How is this different from a password manager?** A password manager shows staff the password, and you can't take a password back once it's been seen. Junify signs them in without showing it, and once you remove their card, they can't sign in again.
4. **Why not ask the client to set up single sign-on?** You can't always change a client's system settings, and single sign-on doesn't cover shared accounts or apps without it. Junify also works with services that have only a username and password.
5. **What if a staff member already knows the password?** We recommend changing the password when you add the account to Junify, so only Junify holds the new one. From then on, staff can sign in only through Junify.
6. **Does it work with two-step verification?** If the code appears in an authenticator app on a phone, Junify enters that code too. Codes sent by text message or email are not supported.
7. **Can staff use their own computers?** Yes. The computer needs only the Junify browser extension, and the phone the Junify app. Cards open in an incognito window, so closing it leaves no password or history behind.
8. **Who turns on session recording, and who can watch it?** The admin turns it on per account. Staff see a notice before it starts, and only they and the admin can watch it. Every plan logs who used which account and when; screen recording comes with Standard and above.
9. **What decides the price?** The number of staff who use Junify. Any number up to the plan limit costs the same, and client accounts are not counted. The three plans are under Pricing on this page.
