# Edit a member's details

Correct a person's details, such as their employee code, when they are wrong or out of date.

## When to use this

- When you find a mistake in a member's details, such as a wrong employee code.
- When a member's details change and need to be updated in Junify.

## Steps

1. Open **User Directory** in the menu on the left. The list of members appears.

2. In the list of members, click the row of the person whose details you want to fix.

3. At the top of the person's page, enter the correct value in the field you want to fix, such as **Employee Code**.

4. Click **Save** below the fields.

5. Check that the field now shows the value you entered.
