# Review an app's settings, cards, and accounts

See how members log in to a work app, who has a card for it, and which accounts it uses, all from one page.

## When to use this

- When you decide which apps your team may use and want to see how each one is set up.
- When you add an app your team may use and want to check its setup.

## Steps

1. Open **Applications** in the menu on the left.

2. Open **MANAGE APPLICATIONS** at the top of the page. The list of your company's apps appears.

3. Click the row of the app you want to check.

4. The app's page opens. Check how members log in to the app, and the other settings below it.

5. Open the **cards** tab at the top of the page.

6. Check the cards made for this app. The list shows each card's account type and who has the card.

7. Open the **accounts** tab at the top of the page.

8. Check the accounts saved for this app. Shared accounts and each member's own accounts are listed separately.

## Things to know

- The app's session recording setting is the default for its accounts. An account that has its own session recording setting follows that instead.
