# Offboard a member who is leaving

Remove a person who is leaving your company from your organization in Junify.

## When to use this

- When a person is leaving your company.
- When it is someone's last day and they should no longer use Junify.

## Steps

1. Open **User Directory** in the menu on the left. The list of members appears.

2. In the list of members, click the row of the person who is leaving.

3. Open **Advanced setting** at the top of the person's page.

4. Further down the page, click **Offboard user**. A confirmation appears.

5. In the confirmation, click **Offboard user** again.

The person is then removed from your organization in Junify, and the application cards given to them are deleted.

## Things to know

- Offboarding cannot be undone: you cannot make the person active again afterward.
