# Review your members' locations

See where a member stayed and moved during a workday, and how many members are at each location right now.

## When to use this

- When you need to check where a member was during their working hours on a certain day.
- When you want to see how many members are at each location right now.

## Steps

1. Open **Locations** in the menu on the left.

2. Open **MANAGE LOCATION** at the top of the page. A list of members appears next to a map.

3. In the list, click the member whose locations you want to see.

4. Check the timeline under the date. It shows when the member clocked in and out, where they stayed and for how long, and when they were moving.

5. Click the back arrow to the left of the member's name to return to the list of members.

6. Click **Geofence** at the top of the list. A geofence is a circular area around a place.

7. Check the list of geofences that have members in them. Each row shows how many members are inside that geofence now.

## Things to know

- The timeline shows a stay only when the member is at a place set up as a geofence. Time spent anywhere else is shown within a moving period.
