# Watch a session recording

Find a recorded session and play it back to see what was done in an app, by whom, and when.

## When to use this

- When someone asks who changed something in an account, and when.
- When you want to look back at the work done in an account you chose to record.

## Steps

1. Open **Monitors** in the menu on the left.

2. Open **Session recording** at the top of the page. Each row in the list shows the app, the account, who worked in it, and when it was recorded.

3. Find the session you want to watch, and open **Check the session** at the right end of its row. The recording opens in a player and starts playing on its own, with the details of the session above it.

4. Click a point on the progress bar under the player. Playback continues from the point you clicked.

5. Watch the recording from that point. The player shows the app's screen as it was at that moment.

## Things to know

- Deleting a recording can't be undone. It disappears from the list of session recordings and can no longer be played.
