# See who used a web service

Pick a web service from the list and see who used it and how many times each person viewed it.

## When to use this

- When you want to know whether your team uses web services you have not approved.
- When you are deciding which web services your team may use for work.

## Steps

1. Open **Monitors** in the menu on the left.

2. Open **Shadow IT** at the top of the page. A list of web services appears, showing how many people used each one and how many times each one was viewed.

3. In the row of the service you want to check, click the number under **Unique users**.

4. Check who used the service and how many times each person viewed it.

5. Click **OK** to close the window.

6. Back in the list, check the other services the same way.
