# Let a member sign in without their phone

Email a member a temporary link to sign in to Junify when they do not have their phone with them.

## When to use this

- When a member left their phone at home and cannot sign in to Junify.
- When a member is waiting for a replacement phone and needs to sign in today.

## Steps

1. Open **User Directory** in the menu on the left.

2. Click the row of the person who does not have their phone.

3. Open **Advanced setting** at the top of the page.

4. In the backup login section, click **SEND THE LINK** to send a sign-in link to the person's personal email address.

5. Click **SEND THE LINK** in the window that asks you to confirm.

6. Check the message that confirms the link was sent, and ask the person to check their email.
