# Save a shared account's login ID and password

Store the login ID and password of a shared app account in Junify, so the people with its card can log in.

## When to use this

- When you take over an app account that your team shares and need to add its login details.
- When the password of an app account your team shares has changed.

## Steps

1. Open **Applications** in the menu on the left.

2. Open **MANAGE ACCOUNTS** at the top of the page. The list of shared accounts appears.

3. Click the row of the shared account you want to set up.

4. Enter the account's login ID in the field to the left of the password.

5. Click the pencil button at the right end of the password field. The field becomes empty, so you can enter the password.

6. Enter the account's password for the app in the password field.

7. Click **Update** at the bottom right of the page.

From now on, the people who have a card for this account log in with the ID and password you saved.
