# Junify for ads, social and e-commerce agencies: be the agency clients trust with their social, ad, and store accounts

> Your admin adds client logins to Junify, and staff verify on their own phone and click to sign in. Staff are never told the password, and you can see who used which account, and when.

In the demo, you're an agency's ad specialist. Staff need only the Junify phone app and browser extension.

## Is this how it works today?

Until now, the only way to hand off a client account was to share its password. That's no longer true, but agency work often still looks like this.

- Your team shares the passwords to clients' social and ad accounts
- When staff leave or rotate off, you ask clients to change the password
- After a post goes out by mistake, the account history can't say who
- Staff run several clients on one platform, with nothing to stop mix-ups
- Remote staff use personal laptops, and you can't tell what stays on them
- Two-step codes go to one person's phone, so no one else can sign in

What it costs: A password you've shared can't be taken back. A shared login can't show who did what. Cutting someone off takes a password change by the client.

## How it works: three steps

Before you start, your admin adds client logins to Junify and picks who can use each one (assigning). Staff never get the password.

1. **Verify on your phone**: Scan the QR code on screen with the Junify app on your own phone. That verifies you. Contractors don't need a company email address.
2. **Click a card to sign in**: Each account you may use appears as a card, by client and platform. Click it and Junify fills in the login. You never see it.
3. **Each use is recorded by person**: Everyone verifies first, so a shared login shows who used it. Optional recording is announced; only that person and admins can watch.

Platform settings stay as they are. Setup is the app and the extension; day to day, it's scan and click.

## What your agency can do after Junify

Four days at an agency: a pitch, a mistake, a handover, and a new hire.

- **In a pitch or client review**: You can tell prospects staff never get the password and every use is recorded. Security questionnaires get the same answer.
- **When a post or setting goes wrong**: You can tell the client who did it the same day. Records are per person, and with recording you can see what was done.
- **When someone leaves or rotates off**: No more asking clients for a new password. Remove their cards and they can't sign in again. They never had the password.
- **When someone new joins**: New staff start on day one, never told a password. Only their own clients' cards appear, which prevents mix-ups.

## What helps in day-to-day client work

- **On personal laptops**: You can't see what a personal laptop keeps. Cards open in an incognito window, and closing it leaves no password or history.
- **Clients' two-step verification**: Codes on one person's phone lock everyone else out. Junify enters authenticator app codes (not text or email codes).
- **Session recording**: Knowing who isn't enough to trace a mistake. Admins can record budget edits, ad uploads, and posts on chosen accounts.
- **Guarding customer lists and reports**: Some accounts hold customer lists and reports. You can block downloads per account, and Junify alerts the admin to uploads.

## If you own the accounts

**Your own social profiles and shared tools work the same way.** This page is for agencies. A brand can run Junify itself to give its agency or team access, and the same works for shared Google accounts and AI tools.

For your own accounts, see shared team accounts: https://www.junify.com/shared-accounts

## From a real customer

- **Ad agency**: Staff no longer get client ad account passwords. Each person has their own cards, every use is recorded, and employee single sign-on is unchanged.

## Frequently asked questions

1. **Is it safe to give Junify our clients' passwords?** Founded in 2016, Junify has served financial institutions and public companies in Japan. Our security program is aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and we share security documents for reviews.
2. **Our clients' accounts use two-step verification.** If the code appears in an authenticator app on a phone, Junify enters that code too. Codes sent by text message or email are not supported.
3. **Does it work for tools other than social and ads?** Yes. Any web service that signs in with a username and password can be added as a card, including shared Google accounts and AI tools your team uses.
4. **Can remote staff and contractors use their own computers?** Yes. They add the Junify browser extension to the computer and the Junify app to their phone. Cards open in an incognito window, so closing it leaves no password or history behind.
5. **Recording staff screens sounds like surveillance.** Admins add recording only to the accounts that need it. Staff see a notice before it starts, and only they and the admins can watch. It is there so you can check who did what if something goes wrong.
6. **Some platforms let us add each person as a user. Is that enough?** Where a platform offers that, as Meta and Google Ads do, use it first. You still add and remove people on each platform. Junify keeps them all in one place, removes someone who leaves in one step, and can add recording.
7. **What if staff already know the password?** When you add the account to Junify, agree with the client to change the password so only Junify holds the new one. From then on, staff sign in only through Junify.
8. **How much does it cost?** It depends on how many staff use Junify. Any number up to the plan limit costs the same, and client accounts are not counted. The three plans, in USD, are on our BPO and outsourcing page. (https://www.junify.com/bpo#pricing)
