Clock in and out on your phone

When to use this

• When you begin your workday and need to record that it has started.
• When you finish for the day and need to record that you stopped working.

Steps

1. At the bottom of the home screen, slide the bar that reads Slide to clock-In to the right to start work.

   

2. The bar now reads Slide to clock-out, which shows that you are working. When you finish work, slide this bar to the right.

   

3. The bar reads Slide to clock-In again, which shows that you have stopped working.

   

Things to know

• If your organization shares locations, you can start work only while your phone’s location is on and the app is allowed to use it.
• If you belong to more than one organization in the app, you may not be able to start work in one while working in another. This depends on your organization’s settings.
• Your organization may allow some parts of the app only while you are working. If so, parts such as your work history are closed while you are not working.
