Bring in seasonal help for hiring without handing out job board passwords

Your admin adds the logins for job boards and HR tools to Junify. Team members verify on their own phone and click to sign in. They start work without knowing the password, and each use is recorded by person.

Team members need only the Junify phone app and browser extension.
Today

Is this how it works today?

Until now, the only way to let someone into a job board was to share its password. That's no longer true, but HR work often still looks like this.

✓ The whole team signs in to one shared employer account on the job board
✓ Seasonal hires get the password, and each departure means a new one
✓ The job board's history can't show who downloaded applicant data
✓ HR and IT share one admin login to payroll and background-check portals
✓ Two-step codes reach only the one phone with the authenticator app
✓ When auditors ask for usage records, shared logins can't show who
A password you've shared can't be taken back
The job board's history shows only the company account
Cutting someone off means a new password for everyone
How it works

Three steps

Before you start, an admin adds job board and HR tool logins to Junify and picks who can use each one (assigning). No one gets the password.

Step 1

Verify on your phone

Scan the QR code on screen with the Junify app on your own phone. That verifies you, even without a company email address.

Step 2

Click a card to sign in

Each account you may use appears as a card. Click it and Junify fills in the login, plus authenticator app codes. You never see them.

Step 3

Each use is recorded by person

Everyone verifies first, so a shared login shows who used it. Optional recording is announced; only that person and admins can watch.

Nothing changes on the job boards. Setup is the app and the extension; day to day, it's scan and click.

After Junify

What your HR team can do after Junify

How the busy days go: people join, people leave, and someone asks for records.

When hiring season brings new people

An admin adds them and assigns cards, and they're on the job board on day one. They're never told the password.

When someone leaves or changes roles

Remove their cards and they can't sign in again. They never had the password, so there's nothing to reset or resend.

When auditors ask who had access

Export to CSV who used which account, and when, person by person. Shared logins too, since everyone verifies first.

When applicant data may have leaked

See who used the account, and when, the same day. On accounts with recording, you can also see what they did on screen.

On the job

What helps in HR work

No more asking around for the two-step code

If the code appears in an authenticator app, Junify enters it too. Codes sent by text message or email aren't supported.

Control over applicant data after sign-in

Cards open in a browser window Junify controls. Block downloads per account, and Junify alerts the admin to uploads.

No trace on computers the company doesn't own

Cards open in an incognito window. Close it, and no password or browsing history stays on the computer.

No hand-editing the access list at every hire and exit

Update who can use what in bulk by CSV, or keep it in sync with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, or a SCIM-ready system.

From a real customer

HR and recruiting (name withheld): The team shared one password for the job board and HR tools. Now no one gets it, and each use is recorded by person.

Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to give Junify our job board passwords?
Founded in 2016, Junify has served financial institutions and public companies in Japan. Our security program is aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and we share security documents for reviews.
The job board requires two-step verification.
If the code appears in an authenticator app on a phone, Junify enters that code too. Codes sent by text message or email are not supported.
Recordings will show applicants' personal information.
Admins add recording only to the accounts they decide need it. Only the person who did the work and the admins can watch, and a notice appears on screen before it starts.
What do team members install on their computers and phones?
Two things: the Junify app on their phone and the Junify browser extension. It works on computers the company doesn't own, and cards open in an incognito window, so no password or history stays behind.
We already use single sign-on.
Keep it. Add to Junify only the job boards and HR tools that don't support single sign-on and sign in with a username and password.
Can it sync with our HR system?
Yes. Who can use which account can follow Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, or any system with SCIM user sync, so hires and departures carry over. Otherwise, update it in bulk with a CSV file.
How much does it cost?
Each plan has a limit on the number of people, and any number up to it costs the same, so a busy hiring season doesn't raise the price. Fixed monthly amounts in USD; we'll go over them in the demo.
Verify people by phone, never show the password, keep a light record, work on any computer: all in one system.
