Open a work app from its card on your phone
Open a work app from the Junify app on your phone and get signed in to it without typing a password.
When to use this
- When you start work and need to open the apps you work in on your phone.
- When you are away from your computer and need to get into a work app.
- When you switch to another work app during the day.
Steps
These steps show the screens on an iPhone.
-
Open Apps in the row of tabs at the bottom of the Junify app’s home screen.
-
The Apps screen shows the cards of your apps. Tap the card of the app you want to use.
-
The work app’s sign-in page opens inside the Junify app, with your username and password filled in.
-
Junify then signs you in to the app, and you can start using it.
Things to know
- Whether you can use your apps while you are not working depends on a setting. If you can’t, the Apps screen shows a message instead of your cards.
- An app that is set to record your work can’t be opened from your phone, because the Junify app can’t record the phone’s screen. These apps are listed in a separate section that stays closed until you tap the section.
- If an app needs login details that Junify does not have for you yet, tapping its card opens a form to enter them. If you can’t edit them yourself, the Junify app shows a message instead of the form.
