Make someone a group leader

When to use this

• When a group needs someone to lead it.
• When you have chosen who will lead a group and want to give them that role.

Steps

1. Open User Directory in the menu on the left. The list of members appears.

   

2. Open Groups at the top of the page.

   

3. In the list of groups, click the row of the group that needs a leader.

   

4. On the group’s page, group leaders are called supervisors. Click Add New Supervisor in the supervisors section.

   

5. In the list that opens, click the person you want to make the leader. A check mark appears next to them.

   

6. Click Save at the bottom of the window.

   

7. When a message says that the group has been updated, click Got It.

   

8. Check that the person now appears in the supervisors section.
