Let a member sign in without their phone
Email a member a temporary link to sign in to Junify when they do not have their phone with them.
When to use this
- When a member left their phone at home and cannot sign in to Junify.
- When a member is waiting for a replacement phone and needs to sign in today.
Steps

Open User Directory in the menu on the left.

Click the row of the person who does not have their phone.

Open Advanced setting at the top of the page.

In the backup login section, click SEND THE LINK to send a sign-in link to the person’s personal email address.

Click SEND THE LINK in the window that asks you to confirm.

Check the message that confirms the link was sent, and ask the person to check their email.
