Restore your account on a new phone

Move your Junify account to a new phone with the 6-digit code your manager gives you.

When to use this

Steps

These steps show the screens on an iPhone.

  1. Open the Junify app on your phone, then tap LET US GET STARTED at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Choose Restore your account, the second of the three choices.

  3. Tap Next at the bottom right of the screen.

  4. Choose Enter a 6-digit code, the second of the two choices.

  5. Tap Next at the bottom right of the screen.

  6. Enter your mobile number in MOBILE NUMBER, near the top of the screen. Use the number your manager has for you.

  7. Tap Next on the right, above the keypad.

  8. Enter the 6-digit code from your manager in the six boxes near the top of the screen.

  9. Enter the passcode you have been using for Junify in PASSCODE, near the top of the screen.

  10. Tap Next at the bottom right of the screen.

  11. Your account is restored, and a welcome screen shows your profile. Check that your name and the app language are right, then tap Next at the bottom right of the screen.

  12. If the app asks to use your location, tap Only While Using the App.

  13. The app asks whether it can send you notifications. Tap Allow in the middle of the screen.

  14. When your phone also asks about notifications, tap Allow.

  15. A screen tells you that setup is complete. Tap OK at the bottom of the screen.
